My Outfit Details: Dress: Isabella Oliver (on sale!) | Sandals: Sam Edelman via Shopbop | Tote: Tory Burch, sold out [similar here (on sale!)] | Sunglasses: Banana Republic, sold out (similar here)

It’s getting more difficult to find clothes that fit my growing baby bump. Jeans don’t quite fit right anymore (if they even button that day), shirts that were once baggy land in the middle of my belly and shoes are feeling suspiciously tighter.

One of the biggest pregnancy misconceptions is that you need to wear something baggy to camouflage your bump. Although there are looser dresses that are beautiful, it’s not a hard and fast rule. I’ve found that fitted pieces are very flattering and look chic, creating an overall figure hugging silhouette, like this red dress! I like to wear it to work with a nude bag and nude heels but it’s so comfortable that I wore it to the airport for our Bermuda trip as well. I dressed it down with nude flat sandals and of course my trusty large tote to fit all my travel necessities.

I don’t know what I would do without Isabella Oliver dresses. She uses jersey material, wrapping and rushing to create beautiful, great quality dresses that flatter the ever expanding waistlines of pregnant ladies everywhere. Although the price point is high (as it is for most maternity clothing), sales are frequent and every time I place an order online, I’m able to find coupon codes that significantly knock the price down.

When you’re pregnant, your body is changing on a daily basis so it’s even more important to find clothes you can feel comfortable, stylish and confident in. What are your go-to pregnancy brands? Which clothes do you avoid? Thanks for reading! xo, Tanya
