Happy Independence Day! I’m still thinking back to our trip to Bermuda and our seemingly endless beach time. J and I spent most of our time in Bermuda on the beach by our hotel but one day we ventured out to downtown Hamilton and Elbow Beach. Elbow Beach was a beautiful public beach where we obviously had to stop and take some blog pics! We also ate at Mickey’s, a bistro right on the sand that has a delicious Mango Avacado salad if you’re ever in the area. 🙂
This dress has been one of the most comfortable dresses I own and it’s on weekly rotation for clothes I can wear to work. In addition to my obsession with stripes, it’s a great length and doesn’t make me feel like i’m huge. 🙂 I usually dress it up with heels but for vacation, I paired it with nude flat sandals and a large tote bag from Stella & Dot. You can’t have a truly beach appropriate outfit without a beach hat so I added my panama hat for some sun protection and to complete the look, of course.
This weekend we’re relaxing at home and checking out some fireworks later tonight. Hope everyone has a safe and relaxing 4th of July Weekend! xo, Tanya
