When Isabella Oliver asked me what piece i’d be interested in featuring on my blog, I had a long list of options but one of my favorite was the Ellis Maternity Tank Dress in Denim Blue Melange. I was instantly drawn to the different ways I could style this simple summer dress. For a more casual summer look, I added a nude tote, nude sandals and a panama hat. For another option, you can wear a pair of Keds and a light denim jacket. For work, I’m planning on wearing it with heels, a blazer and long necklace for a more professional look. You can really go nuts with the accessories because the dress provides a clean palette as a foundation.
I wore this dress to a BBQ and then a long walk around Philly. It is so comfortable! I like that it can accommodate my growing belly and I still feel confident and stylish. The dress is slightly longer on me than I expected but that can easily be adjusted by gathering some of the material up top. The fabric is also more substantial and higher quality than many other maternity brands I’ve seen.
