Red & Mint

If you ever find yourself in a style rut, try playing with unexpected color combinations to liven up your wardrobe. I wore this outfit on a recent date night to the Dandelion Pub (which was delicious)! Date night outfits usually get put together in a very hectic environment as we’re rushing to make our dinner reservations so I try to keep it simple. The typical night on the town look involves skinny jeans, a loose top and some hot shoes. In this case, I paired a soft mint color with a fiery shade of red. The accessories are bold while the mint green blouse helps add balance to the look by toning down the red. What is your favorite unexpected color combination? xo, Tanya
