Winter Skincare // My Favorite Products

I keep my winter skincare routine relatively simple with a few seasonal additions to add moisture and hydration. These products are my go-tos and ones I have repurchased several times. In fact, I’m pretty sure I’ve been using the Neutrogena Oil-Free Makeup Remover on and off since high school. The only relatively new products here are the Bioassance Eye Cream and Skinceuticals retinol. Otherwise, I’m on my second/third round of all the other products.

In the winter, I continue to keep the routine consistent with a few edits, such as adding a richer moisturizer and use face masks on a regular basis to keep my skin hydrated and dewy. Lately, this has been my quiet time at the end of the night when everyone is sleeping and I’ve been loving it. While the face mask does its magic, I keep myself occupied with a new book and Mariah Carey’s Roof on repeat. 🙂 My two best masks are the Caudalie Purifying Clay Mask and when I’m feeling fancy, the Summer Fridays R&R mask.

A few things to keep in mind for winter skincare:

+ Keep using your SPF, even in the winter. I included my favorite one below, the Supergroup Unseen Sunscreen, which goes on smoothly without any residual white residue. My husband recently tried it while we were on vacation and he asked me to order a few more bottles so we don’t run out. 🙂

+ Use an overnight lip balm like the Doré Le Baume to keep lips from getting dry and chapped

+ Keep a hand cream in your bag and apply often to avoid dry and sore hands

That’s it! What are some of your favorite winter skincare products?
