Happy Sunday! This was a great week. I had an amazing photo shoot at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and my friend, Victoria, did my make-up. I included a photo above because this berry smokey-eye look is perfect for the holidays. It’s hard to believe that Thanksgiving is THIS WEEK. I’m excited to spend some much needed time with family over the next few days, especially my little brother who is coming home from college for a few days! Enjoy this week’s Sunday Edit!

How to motivate yourself to work out after work!

Advice from 90-year-olds: how to avoid life’s biggest regrets, enjoy the best years. “They reported being the happiest from their late 20s to their mid-40s, when their children were still at home, their spouses were alive and the family lived together….The lesson here seems to be: Enjoy the chaos of right now, Sohn said. Yes, babies are fussy, children take over your life, teens are moody, the commute is taxing, the days are hectic, work is crazy and free time seems to be non-existent — but savor every minute. People measure happiness differently when they assess themselves in the moment than when they think about life retrospectively, Sohn said.”

My favorite pair of black booties and they’re under $100. I’ve been wearing them with midi dresses ever since the temperatures dropped.

Everything in Sephora is 15% off with the code, BIBONUS. I wait for these sales to stock up on my favorites and pricier facial treatments when I run out, like this one, which is a holy grail product for me.

Has anyone listened to the podcast, Heavyweight, yet? I’m obsessed, especially with episode #14, Isabel. It’s so addictive. Here is a description of the show from Gimlet Media: “Maybe you’ve laid awake imagining how it could have been, how it might yet be, but the moment to act was never right. Well, the moment is here and the podcast making it happen is Heavyweight. Join Jonathan Goldstein for road trips, thorny reunions, and difficult conversations as he backpedals his way into the past like a therapist with a time machine.”

I have discovered another curly-friendly haircare line. My hair has been feeling so healthy and soft since I started using the OUAI shampoo and conditioner. Have you tried it?

What do you guys think of the teddy coat trend? It’s growing on me. 🙂

I’ve mentioned P50 in some of my previous skincare routine posts and noted my obsession. Manrepeller just published an article on whether P50 is worth the hype and cost. Definitely check it out. Do you use P50? Do you think it’s worth the hype?
