It’s the end of 2014! It’s been a fabulous year filled with challenges and unforgettable memories. Thank you for giving me the courage to continue LaptopsAndHeels and an avenue to express myself. Your friendship and encouragement means so much to me.
2014 was an amazing year and probably one of my most fulfilling, both emotionally and professionally. I’m learning to balance my life as a wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, aunt, and friend and my work as a pharmacist and blogger. As a pharmacist, I get so much fulfillment with the work I’m doing on a daily basis with my wonderful colleagues. Starting my blog gave me the opportunity to release my creative side and write, something i’ve enjoyed doing since elementary school. I used to keep journals that I would walk around with all the time to write down anything that came to mind. To be honest, I think it was a very inexpensive form of therapy. 🙂
It’s truly thrilling being the content creator, graphic designer, and editor of your own website. I’m able to really put out my vision along with the support and guidance of all of you to create something meaningful. I’m always smiling when you reach out to me with photos of your outfits and always eager to help you find just the right dress for just the right moment. One of my goals for the blog in 2015 is to create more written articles. “More words!” as J likes to say. I’m listening to your feedback and will be doing just that, along with photos of shoes of course. As always, I encourage you to reach out to me with anything else you’d like to see on the blog. I’m always listening. 🙂
I’m looking forward to the adventures that 2015 brings. I hope your 2014 was filled with lasting memories and wish you endless happiness, health, love and peace in 2015. Thanks for following along! xo, Tanya
