What’s the latest trend you got on board with? For me, I’ve been loving the rosette trend – it’s feminine, bold and reminiscent of the 90s. I wore my off-the-shoulder rosette top here with wide leg black pants to mix a feminine top with a more structured bottom. Floral appliqués have been adorning pieces ranging from tops to swimsuits (yes, I also purchased this Same floral swimsuit and am counting the days until I find myself wearing it on a Caribbean beach). This Helsa dress is also stunning for a wedding or black-tie event.
Sometimes, the right outfit can help you show up as your best self. It can help you stand a little taller and maybe even help you carry yourself differently. I’ve certainly felt that. I think we all have. I love something playful like this for a date night or night out with friends. Very often I’m in mom mode with jeans or leggings and a sweater (which I also like) but I love the opportunity to dress up. For me, style is about the joy of getting dressed. It’s a way to express yourself creatively each morning before the day turns into meetings and checking items off to-do lists. 🙂 What do you think of this trend?
