It was so nice outside on Saturday, I couldn’t resist replacing my bulky winter coat with a lightweight moto jacket. J and I had a few errands to run so I threw a couple things together and added a yellow scarf for some color. I also love this bright pink lipstick with the yellow scarf. The rest of the outfit is pretty neutral (I probably wear way too much black) and slightly masculine so the added colorful accessories provide a feminine touch.
This jacket was sold out at Zara so I was watching it for quite a while on Ebay. I finally saw it for the right price in my size so I went for it. Ebay is a great resource if you’re looking for an out of stock item. The key is doing your research and comparing prices. Also, other than looking at the condition of the item (I prefer new with tags) I also look at the seller’s feedback, paying special attention to any negative feedback received. Make sure to sign up for Ebay Bucks so you can get cash back on your purchases. When I’m feeling motivated, I reorganize my closet and if there is anything that I don’t wear anymore but is still in good condition, I try to sell it on Ebay before eventually donating it. I owe all my Ebay knowledge to my dad, so thank you Dad!
One of our errands included going to Wegmans to pick up some chicken stock for a split pea soup I made later that day. While we were there, we picked up lots of delicious fruit. I love having fruit in the house. It makes for a healthy snack when you’re lounging around and feeling the need to munch on something. Running errands is a necessary evil but getting everything done with J makes it much more enjoyable. Another reason why I love him, he makes the most boring things seem fun when we’re doing them together!
